Stuck at Home

This spring is looking a little different than spring’s past. Thank you Kaitlyn Sanchez and Ciara O’Neal for easing the boredom with your Spring Fling Kidlit Writing Contest.

Mom…MOM…MOM!!!

My parents are ignoring me.

My mother says she is trying to work, but I need to know if 8 plus 4 is 11 or 12, and I need to know now.

Yesterday, Dad used a naughty word when I used a whole roll of toilet paper to make a zombie costume.

My teacher muted me on Zoom because I kept asking my friend Bryn to burp the alphabet.

The one good thing is that I am allowed to watch TV all afternoon. But I have seen every episode of Bubble Guppies at least three times.

I was sent to the backyard to get the wiggles out, but on accident I threw my Frisbee over the fence.

So I sit and watch a rose that is beginning to bloom.

I am stuck at home, but outside it is still Spring.
